Workout Schedule

Bellingham Masters Swim Club (BMSC) has scheduled workouts weekday mornings and evenings, augmented by additional evening and weekend swims (ad hoc, and weather permitting) at Lake Padden during the summer. Morning workouts (MTTF) are peer-coached (no on-deck coach) with varied workouts posted for each lane. Evening workouts (Tues, Thurs.) include a deck coach.

Morning Workouts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
4 lanes of ability
Warm up 5:30 AM - First set 5:45 AM
Workout over at 7:00 AM
Monday and Thursday: generally are freestyle workouts - (Triathletes focus on these workout days)
Tuesday and Friday: generally are stroke and IM workouts
Workouts are free for the price of pool admission
Coaches: Maggie Kinsella, Lisa Kaufman, Ian Thompson & Bob Fish



Evening Workouts: Tuesday, Thursday
4 lanes of ability
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
On deck coaching
Workouts are $2 paid to coach, plus price of pool admission
Coaches: Kelly Lotts & Lisa Kaufman

SUMMER AT LAKE PADDEN - very informal, ad hoc
A group usually swims at 5:45 PM on some week nights
A group usually swims at 9:00 AM on Saturdays
Starts at "Swim area" - Weather permitting
